fs_calc_ceu(): Calculate average CEU

fs_fill_col(): Fill NAs (replace NAs) in a column based on group summaries.

fs_fill_rows(): Fill NAs (replace NAs) in duplicate rows. Use with caution (see examples)!!

fs_fleet_by_coordinates(): Assign missing fleets based on geographic coordinates.
